As above. The existing brick garage is fubared and needs completely knocking down and re-building from scratch. Thinking about making it into more of a bike storage/workshop/utility/kennel area than a car storage area.

Struggling to find someone who is reliable and cheap. Seem to find either one or the other at the moment. I would have a go myself, but have neither the time or the skills to do an actual proper job.
