Headed to the lakes straight from work on Saturday evening with the plan to head up High Street on Sunday morning. Overnight rain cleared leaving a gorgeous, sunny day.

On Monday I dragged tired legs up the Kirsktone Pass and then down to Troutbeck then Ambleside via Jenkin Cragg for an ice cream. It was meant to be a recovery ride but when I got back to Troutbeck I decided to do a Garburn Pass loop before dragging pretty broken body back up Kirkstone and down to the campsite for wine, beer and food 🙂
