Fell a bit shamefaced about this, this morning.

Bloke at work suggested an evening drink or two down the local last night to go and check out the quiz night. Decided to drink the guest ale.

Got the round in, where I was met with “Why did you buy a grandad’s drink” followed with “bloody hell what a crap pint, you can go on someone else’s team” then finished with “you’ll probably sip it like a jessie, ha ha keep up if you can”

I gave him a right mouthfull he didnt even know what Fuggle hops were I love my ale drunk it from Vancouver to Mexico toured Denmark and Sweden etc etc.

Really pissed me off last night, usually I can take a ribbing but a nerve was touched, quite surprised me.
