Flash doesn’t work with android 4.1, so it’s got to use html5

If you like Chrome, install Flashify, Firefox beta and the last version of Flash for Android from Adobe. If you hit a Flash video while browsing in Chrome you can switch pretty seamlessly to watch it in Firefox.

Flash can be made to work on the nexus 10.

Have a google, you should find some links to the .apk file you need on various developer forums. Copy it to the Nexus flash drive, and install the file.
Had its working on my Nexus 10 a while. BBC iplayer website and BBC news videos all play.
