I just got a new LG Android phone that runs kitkat. I’m having some difficulty with contrast on some icons and buttons. I’m especially having trouble telling the difference between the grey (off) and light blue (on). A good example of this is the alarm clock app. Another example are the little off/on rocker switches that display in some settings.

I’ve tried to tweak things under settings->accessability->color adjustment but it just makes everything look crap. 😐

Is there anything else I can do?

    I’m red-green colorblind, too… 😕

Android Lollipop has a colour blind mode apparently, but you’d need to upgrade the phones OS of course (http://www.androidcentral.com/accessibility-features-android-50-lollipop) . The other option is to see if an app or new skin is available in the Play store.

Don’t think that lollipop is available for my phone yet. I’ll upgrade when I can, though.
