What exactly is the purpose of this and why have they evolved to not be able to do it themselves?

They serve more purpose than tonsils or an appendix I believe. I think the issue is the placement not being exactly where it needs to but…but I could be wrong. Not really my specialist subject.

Try a better diet- Wheat free at least if you can’t manage totally grain free.
I haven’t had to snap the glove on since we went grain free 2 years ago. Before that it was a fortnightly event.
