Wasn’t it Noddy Holder in the early days of Slade that used to do that on coffee tables for rich German blokes – just to make ends meet when out on tour.

I had the pleasure of meeting Noddy Holder at an awards event in Manchester around 10 years ago and he recounted that story…

Apparently it was the landlord of his digs in Germany who would come round and the band would take it in turns to defecate on the glass coffee table whilst he pleasured himself underneath in lieu of rent!

It sounds far better in his rich brummie accent, I can still hear him saying, “Weeell, what’s a blowke to do? yer’v godda ‘ave a shoite!”

Our old office was an grand house at some point and next to it in what were presumably stables once upon a time are two houses. One of them, occupied by a lady who did naked photoshoots at home.

The first time it was spotted, was a sunny day and all of the blinds were open. I’ve never seen a floor full of blokes move so quickly! Even some of the partners came out of their offices to see what was going on!

The only person I’ve ever known get even close was a girl on my uni course who worked at Legs 11 in Birmingham – she was open about it and it paid for her uni.
