I have just been looking at saddles and the Spoon has caught my eye. The Cromo version is ~£25 and 258g, the Ti version is 240g but costs about £40.
This looks like a lot to save 18g, does the Ti have any other mystical benefits to justify the extra cost?

It’s got a real leather cover instead of a synthetic cover.

I think the standard ti comes with synthetic cover (actually I know – I’ve got one!) but for a tenner more you can get ti and leather.

Actually the synthetic cover seems better in wet weather as it doesn’t stay wet like the leather one does.
