    White rolls with honey. Granola bars. Those fig & cashew bars from Tesco. I also like Jelly babies, although the insulin crash from those is just horrendous so I tend to only eat them when I know I have enough to get me to the end of the ride. Take 3 every 15 mins and they work wonders….until you run out.

    Houns, I once got very, very, very drunk on Wye stuff at the Saracen’s in SY. Awesome beers!

    Be very wary of Butty Bach, slips down very easily, then you slip down just as easily!!! 😳
