I’m just getting used to running an air shock, can anyone tell me the recommended sag please? Genearal alpine/air tips welcome too, thanks in advance.

rough back o fag packet numbers is 25% for trail 33% for more gravity stuff. Depends a lot on the shock, the damping an how you like it to feel.

Used for up, down and along, but drops and jumps on every trail. Shock is a Rockshox Monarch 3.1 high volume with volume reducing spacers added.I would say I’m looking more at the 25% range, but I was lead to believe there is a sweet spot for different frames.
