My old man has one of these hubs. I know bugger all about them.

It’s probably done 2,000 miles since he bought it second hand. Before that it’s usage is unknown so probably due some TLC.

It’s developed some play which I guess is in the bearings. I was planning on adjusting them slightly to see if that helps but have just noticed a reasonable oil leak from the drive side… It left a nice pool of oil on my floor in the house…! (Fortunately laminate floor, phew).

Anyone any ideas what could be needed? Do seals need replacing every now and then?
