    Free’s up a space for Hales, Taylor or Billings (Eventually) and Cook can focus on test batting which lets be honest he was bloody good at.

    the ECB need to wake up to the fact that 2020 and ODI and test is too much – no nation has a hope in hell of winning all three so we should decide what we want to prioritise (test is what we are good at and 2020 should be a breeding ground) and be honest about not giving a rats ass about the world cup
