   My air forks have a noticeable clunk (similar to what would happen if your headset was loose) when you pull up on the forks or when they rebound to zero sag

   What is the likely cause of this … am wondering whether this is just a FULL service or indicative of bushing wear or something else.
   There is no stanchion wear and they do not leak air or oil and are otherwise operating well

   Could be all sorts of things but it sounds like the top out bumpers aren't doing their job. It'd be easier to make suggestions with more info on what fork/age/etc.

   Ah well if it's a ManiPoo...

   Can't help you with any specifics but every set of Manitou forks I've ridden or seen on mates' bikes go wrong/crap in less than two years...
