    Staying with family near Carmarthen for one more day, did Brechfa last time we were here and enjoyed it but tempted to try Afan. Any recommendations for half a day or so’s riding? Cheers.

    Brechfa, Mynydd Mallaen for natural stuff.

    If your near Carmarthen then I’d do Brechfa. Quick blast round green and blue for warm up- hit them at speed and its a super rollacoster.

    And then black or red or combine both for a longer ride.
