    Off to Afan after the weekend, not been for around 4 years. What’s new, if anything ?

    Deforestation! A virus has meant a fair bit of tree-age has been removed in the last year.

    Parts of the Whytes Level downhill are closed. Diversions take you round some fire road and down the Skyline descent. Did a very wet W2 a few weeks ago. It was great!

    EDIT: there is a new section of trail from the Afan trail centre to the start of the Wall trail too.
