I've got 175mm on my bouncer and 170mm on my hardtail, I can't tell the difference.

    Advise you?

It *MIGHT* help if you gave us a BIT more information!!! 😕

How tall you are, your inside leg length, your bike make and model, do you prefer to sit and spin or get out of the seat and crank hard uphill, low or tall BB height, do you currently clip your pedals at all?

And LOADS more things to take into account too…

All I know is I'm one of the few people that tends to notice crank length a bit, mainly cos I've had knee problems in the past (shorter are better in this respect), but most people really don't notice 5mm of difference. Though also, most people do run 175mm cranks which are on the long side for the average leg length (most of us should be on 170's if you go by the theories)…
