This is my first post, but have been an avid reader for a while, and also found my recent purchase on this forum.
So i have just brought an Intense 6.6, the rear shock has a 550 x 2.25 spring fitted which is much too soft, i weight quite a bit more than the previous owner.
Could anyone recommend a spring rate for a rider weighing in at 115kg. or recommend a website that i can find this info out please.

Mojo or TFT both offer spring calculators. Failing that, you could measure the sag with the spring you’ve got and extrapolate.

You’re going to need a 700 maybe even a 750.
