About a year ago ChubbyBlokeInLycra came up with this brilliant acronym: http://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/invent-me-some-bs-bingo#post-5019711

So for a bit of fun I knocked up a monitoring script for our servers and named it after this 😀 . One year later it’s still in use … and I’ve been told to give it a more professional name. Suggestions?

In a system we put together a ‘few’ years ago we need a command to be able to display the error log, Format and Read Error Display was the command. Named after the guy who spent many, many hours introducing many of the errors!

I was asked for any suggestions for naming a new “organisation” the other day. T and W were almost inevitably going to be the first two initials of maybe 4 or 5, and A was the obvious 3rd one

Awesome, thanks for the suggestions 🙂 I think only one of them is suitable.

You need to think a bit laterally, use a different language!! Welsh is good for slipping past the radar and looking like normal IT gobbldygook 😆
