Has anyone tried any ACROS hubs?, either road or mountain bike?,they look nicely machined being made in Germany.

Yeah I read that thanks though. Just wondered if anyone else had any experience from using them.

I used to use Acros headsets pre-taper steerer days, when stainless bearings were fairly rare in components.

Very well engineered and well sealed. Reasonably priced to, for what you got.

Rare in the UK though, and I had to send my headset back to get the bearings replaced, because they would just sell menthe bearings, which put me off future purchases.
