    Not sure you’re entitled unless it’s a disciplinary hearing. If it’s just a performance review which LEADS to a disciplinary, you’d only be allowed the witness for the latter.

    I’d just like to add my ‘well done’ to the thread!

    It undoubtedly helped that you had a list of ‘issues’ that you were able to consider and respond to accordingly.

    Next time tell us what they are and by the time the thread’s over, you’ll have got promotion a pay rise and even a golden hello!

    Good point. It wasn’t clear which from the OP, but he seemed concerned that he was going to get the push.
