    4 months and 11days I’ve been off the mtb…it’s not been great,and I’ve mumbled a bit about it.but today I did 3.5 hours as part of my Tcl training and it was ace despite the mud/sleet/cold…I’ve got a seal to crack on a new build so things are just getting better!

    Here’s to us all having a great biking summer!
