1 year ago, well a year ago yesterday, i bought a ATB , It was 1997 since i last bought rode one .I didn,t go crazy on the bike incase i rode it twice and left in the spare room? Now a year on i have done 1 sportive ,a off road Tri and a failed nighttime southdowns ride. i get out only once most weeks but it is the highlight of my week . I havnt lost much weight, but i have got fitter and happier- happy birthday Missy (my bikes name) and i hope you like the new bits i got you x
