    …get the right spring for your weight. Put an extra firm one in my Lyrics a few weeks ago and I've noticed a huge difference.

    I'm sure it's obvious to most people but I'd not got round to it and been riding with the standard spring for 6 months.

    Bloody magnificent!

    Doh! Or one one standard, one extra firm for forks with a spring in both legs, for the not so larger rider.
