My ‘car’ was always a bicycle (just wasn’t interested, loved cycling more) until reached late 30’s and couldn’t put it off anymore. So relatively few.

    Shogun Pajero (ridiculous thing)
Citroen ZX (I too loved that thing until it died)
1989 Scirocco GTII (feels faster than it is)
E39 touring (felt like the Millennium Falcon)

Now back to bikes until can afford van.

    UK Cars
    72 Spitfire
    73 GT6
    77 Mini
68 Mini (cousin still has it)
76 Mini – full spaceframe, steel flip front, 1480 all steel engine, race cams, twin 40DCOE’s, etc, etc, etc – used to destroy anything that tried to race it – still going but now 4WD and supercharged by the nutter I sold it to!
    Morris Marina 1.8TC Coupe
    Hillman Tiger
    82 Mini

    Following all in Spain

    Fiat X19
Fiat X19 with Uno Turbo engine
Fiat X19 with Fiat Coupe engine – tweaked to god knows what
MG Montego Turbo – tweaked – sounded bloody good
66 MK1 Mini Cooper rally/race car complete with provenance, stage stickers, etc.
Fiat 124 (Plopper) used to regularly rip the anti roll bar out of the chassis on back road jumps
Clio 1.2 (brand new for ex)

    UK again
    200 diesel (awful)
Ford Sierra (even worse than awful)
Zafira 1.6 Active – bloody quick for what it was!
A3 2.0 170 DSG Sportback – love this car but really should sell it 🙁
330D M-Sport Factory – chipped, on proper factory spec chassis – ridiculously quick car – 360bhp and 530nM torque! Loved showing up M3’s and the like.
Caddy Maxi Life DSG – surprisingly good fun, do it all, throw anything in it car. Not quick but everything is useable.

If I want to go fast I just open the garage door 😉

So many great cars – favourite would be the Volvo P1800.

Makes me realise how dull my car history is… Owned cars for 17 years and only owned 7 cars too…

Quite uninspiring. I recently toyed with the idea of swapping my company Golf with a Fiesta ST that’s kicking around at work, but wasn’t sure if I’d tire of it quickly as most of my driving is on the motorway

    1981 Honda XL125
1976 Honda 400 Four, F1 (the only vehicle I regret selling)
1971 Austin Healey Sprite (given by ex-girlfriend when we split up)
1985 Ford Orion company car (dire)
1983 Fiat Uno 70 – actually not that bad but never went the same after being converted to unleaded
1986 Golf GTI Mk2 – the Bosch injection one – really nice car
1990 Golf GTI Mk2 – Digifant and noticeably not so quick but got it to 230k before it spilled its gearbox oil all over the work car park a week after I’d started
2001 Honda Accord 1.8 Sport – not that sporty and constantly went into limp mode going round the bend where the A30 west leaves the M5 at Exeter. Nice drive though
2001 Passat Estate 1.9PD. Got that to 235k before a neighbour drove into me in the snow
2003 BMW 525d Touring – really nice drive but had lots of irritating things go wrong – now at 200k.

Not many for 33 years of driving and never yet had a new one – even my company car was s/h 🙁

    1996 Rover 414SLi – 2005 – not bad
