Literally just over the road from my inlaws. I’m going to go for a snoop at some point!
I seems they’ve had it on the market on and off for 4 year s now and dropped the price by £300,000 or so.
I like it in an ‘industrial chic’ kind of way, but not sure I’d like to live there.

Is the roof astroturf? Why look like grass but not use it. I though turf was used to help insulation I’d have thought astroturf wouldn’t be any good as an additional insulator.
