I’m looking for a book. A book about modernish cars. My only knowledge of motor fettling is VW aircooled motors, and my understanding is fairly basic, though I have several really good book about aircooled engines and cars/vans. NOw I’ve joined the 21st centuary and bought an 04 leon cupra R, I’d like to learn about more modern engines and vehicles.I’m learning fast with forums and wikipedia, but I don’t always know what to look for. I often stare at the engine trying to work out what is what and how things work. So far I’ve discovered that injection systems aren’t half as sexy as big carbs, there’s more electrical things to break and a hammer is no longer the go to tool. ANy suggestions?
