I know they’ve come in for a bit of stick lately so it’s worth highlighting some excellent customer service from them.

I got a Brand-X pressure washer for Christmas in 2009 and last week it stopped working. I contacted them to see if it was still in warranty.

I got an email reply today saying it was no longer in warranty but they’d send me out a new replacement and there was no need to return the faulty one.

Outstanding service.
