  • 8/9/10sp compatibility?

    A simple question to those in the know.

    If I buy a wheel which currently has an 8 or 9sp cassette, will my current 10sp cassette fit? There’s lots of 2nd hand wheelsets up there in Ebay land, but mostly 8/9sp fitted.

    Also, Seadog The Youngest has a 7sp wheel/cassette on his bike, and the wheels I currently have, the 10sp ones, will probably trickle down to his bike. Will that 7sp cassette fit? It will eventually all get upgraded when I can source the required bits and bobs.
