gota new wheel on the way – got a good dealon a 819….didn't want it as I was after a xm719 but after waiting over 2 months I gave in and went with the rim betd had in stock. Now, will 819 take a man sized schreader valve or does it need a pufta sized presta valve? I guess I 'll give tubeless a go anyway….so that means pufta presta tube free valves anyway?

It's pufta. Enjoy your imminent buggering!

The 'pufta' valves do have removable valve cores so you can inject sealant rather than have to take the tyre off. May not be manly, but it is very practical!

They come with adaptors to run either style. so you can rest assured that your feeble grasp on your own sexuality won't be infringed by the method by which you choose to get air in your tyres…
