Both £25 each in black 32h from CRC. Nothing in it in the weights (490g vs 510g).
Going on the Pompino with some 23c folding tyres – for evening 10mile bimbles to the pub and back. Cant justify Open Pros for pub duties 🙂

    Which one?

Open sport will be more comfy and (marginally) less prone to pinch flats.

CXP22 may get you more time in the pub – faster due to aerodynamics 😉

Opens in my book. The CPX builds a stiff and slightly harsh feeling wheel, the Open will feel smoother as it has a bit more vertical compliance. I’m surprised there’s not more weight difference too. Open will build more easily too as it’s a shallower rim.

that’s almost enough to do it! 🙂

cheers – so the open sports sound like the proper “road” rim choice then.
