I’m keen to know if anyone had successfully fitted 650b+ in a mk1 Cotic Solaris? I am pretty sure I could fit it in my fork (On one carbon) but not sure about the rear end. Alternatively, if their is anyone in the Otley/Leeds area who would let me chuck their 650b+ rear wheel in my frame to check I could reciprocate with beer/cake etc.

Yes, Cotic have done it (check their web site for details). I think they tried rims with 25mm (KOM i25) and 45mm (Scraper) internal widths (both with trailblazer tyres) and both fitted the Mk1 frame OK. They seem to have decided on 29mm (Asym i29) for the rear and 35mm (Asym i35) for the front now, but I think anything within reason will fit.
