    Same as my shoe size for me. I often have to go up 1 size with a padded trainer / skate shoe style, but not with these.

    I find Impacts, with all their padding, about bang on my normal size but freeriders like that were a bit roomy when purchased in my normal size. I might be tempted to go down half a size.

    Freeriders were spot-on normal size for me, Impacts a tad tight.
