    Did he not look at a map of the route before going? Sure it was doable on the fatty but wouldn’t be first choice!

    I dunno, the first half looked more off road than the 2nd, even a few pics of him riding and the others pushing. Does seem a bit mental doing any distance on the road on a fat bike though! Guess the idea was to ride the coast road/trails though, not nececeraly pick an off road route which might meander inland more.

    Bessides, fun isn’t always fast, if you wanted fast then $100 for food, a puncture repair kit, and a lot of training and you could do 500miles in a day (or just one overnight if not masochistic).

    Half a second getting some proper horizontals would have been nice though.
