    Went bum over boob going from the car to the chase, all of 4 yards!

    Now at home with leg up, 4 puncture holes off crank and a very sore Achilles tendon, can barely walk!

    Sigh, very lame!

    Rubbish, I am about to go out for a couple of hours, I shall take some pics and post them up here so you know what could have been.

    Or I’ll fall off and hurt myself also.

    how did that happen four yards from the car, did you park near the edge of a cliff and ride off in the wrong direction ? 😕 🙂

    I’ve done a similar distance from home on ice before. Lay in the road and thought I think I’ll get the bus to work.
