  • 4 hour body: measuring Body Fat

    I’d like to get my body fat accurately measured monthly over the next 12 months and am having trouble finding anywhere in Guildford/Horsham or Surrey/Sussex area that provides any kind of body fat measurement service.

    Apparently DEXA machines or the water immersion method provide the most accurate results, but I can’t find anywhere that has those facilities.

    I can’t even find anywhere that has calipers and really knows how to use them.

    Has anyone found anywhere?
