    ASDA radically upgrades 3D offer
Asda is enhancing its 3D printing experience by offering colour statuettes, the Daily Mail reports. The retailer will open scanning booths in stores that can capture a 3D image of a person in just 12 seconds as a template for creating an 8-inch model made from layers of ceramic powder.

Conversely, we’ve had a good few things 3D printed for scale prototype testing and been delighted with the cost, finish and durability of the parts.
