I have a Monkii Cage on my Krampus – they’re a clip mounted, quick release, bottle cage that fits different sized bottles, rolled up things etc. really good piece of kit!
    It fits onto these mounts:

But the water bottle mount on the downtube are too high up, so any bottle in the cage gets in the way of my frame bag.

So I needed to make/fashion a mount to go further down the downtube so I can mount the cage lower.

I happen to have access to an UP! 3D printer (DT teaching has it’s uses!)

    Model in SketchUp:

Exported as an .stl file into the UP! software:

and 30 odd minutes later my new clip:

Just tried it on the frame in the shed and it fits like a glove 😀

Might try a chain guide next….any other ideas for useful, 3D printable parts?

    Cool!
Not a great picture, but I made a widget to hold a DI2 control box.

It pops into a spare cable hole and can just be pivoted out of the way to get at the forks.
