Long story short, bought some brakes on the 6th from a seller on pinkbike, after saying he’d post them the next day or the day after he gave a couple of excuses then said he’d posted them on 16th. Still no sign of them, nearly 3 weeks since I paid for them. No reply when I last messaged him on Thursday asking for proof of postage. I paid for goods & servies through PP, fair to start a dispute now do you reckon?

Yes more than fair I think. Once you start a dispute the seller gets an email to offer his side of events. If he’s genuine no problem.

It’ll either get you your money back or hurry them up.

Well done on waiting that long. I would’ve disputed it by now.

Wow you are patient. I would wait the absolute minimum then start. No sympathy there.
