I’m just trying to decide on a wheelset for my new Ti 29er. I’m thinking of going with Stans Arch 29er rims and hubs with Racing Ralph or Nobbly Nic tires and running them tubeless. Has anyone tried this combination any experience is gratefully received?

Not 100% sure on the Arch but Schwalbe tubeless ready tyres on Crest 29ers are so tight as to be almost unusable, certainly very difficult especially on the trail

Bit of an outsider but I quite like the look of the Halo 29R rims. Not expensive at £50 RRP and sub 480g which is pretty good as they are 26mm wide.

edit: 10g more than an arch but has eyelets and is wider. The arch does have quite a narrow inner bead compared to the crest and flow too.

The other wheels I liked the look of where the American Classics 29er XC’s has anyone tried those?
