  • 29er RS Revelation RL – converting poplock to, er, non poplock..

Got some proper cheap 2014 29er Revelation RLs from bikediscount for just over £250 posted..
Didn’t realise (well, didn’t look hard enough) that it’s got pop lock rather than crown adjustable lockout.
The RCT3 seems to have a 3 step control, but tbh I’d be keen to ahave similar to all the older forks – simply turn the dial to meet compression needs…

Prior to me taking it apart to see if there’s anything to be done (I had a look online – some people have removed the spring on the pop lock), has anyone converted their 2014 models (with motion control DNA gubbins..)

    Loco??

Loco did it for me on some 2013 revs.

I’d say the colours would be your first concern. White and purple! I’ve come over all light headed.
