Shouldn’t be thinking about this but not bought a bike for a year and getting the itch.

    Thoughts?

One of these http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/FRPXDH29MTBDISC/planet_x_dirty_harry_29er_mtb_disc_frame and go on the piss with the £1200 you’ve just saved.
Unless having a Santa Cruz/Niner sticker is worth it 😉

depends on your riding, reviews say the high ball is a very stiff frame, ideal if your racing short course but no good as an all dayer,

I have a Scott Scale Carbon 29er ( soon to be sold as new bike arrives) and thats a nice comfy ride for a hardtail. Had a quick spin on a Niner and thats very stiff and unforgiving at the rear

Highball is stiff but it’s fine as an all day ride.
