  • 26er 'Enduro' frame with a 31.6 seatpost?

I’m tempted to build up a 150mm enduro type bike using existing parts which limits me to a 26er frame most likely second hand. My fork will be a 150mm revelation , and I want a 31.6 seat post so my existing dropper will fit.

Other than a zesty what frame would be an option ? Any recommendations?

you can’t ride enduro with revs.

you have to have pikes or they don’t let you enter.

depending on the price of frames on sale flog the dropper or try a trade on that to expand the options

Nukeproof Mega-I got one for pretty much the same reasons, although it’ll be going fairly soon.

Also, worth noting, if you have a Reverb, you can just swap the outer tube to make is a 30.9 post so you’re not restricted 🙂

Cheers chaps, some food for thought there. My dropper size can’t be changed, selling it could be an option but I’d rather try and avoid losing money on it if possible.

Good point about the revelations, I’ll get some pike decals off eBay 🙂

Intense Tracer 2. Can also be made 650b at a later date if required by changing the dropouts
