Just discovered that done cranks I’ve got are 25mm axle diameter. Struggling to find the right bottom bracket, anyone any ideas?

    Thanks.

    25? Not 24?

They’re FRM something or others. Some very light scandium, titanium racy things that came on a frame I bought. Was trying to sell them on eBay, but have realised the axle is a funny diameter. They cost about £500 new, bit if I can’t find a suitable BB, they aren’t worth selling.

Lots of BBs have a 25mm bearing with a spacer in it- generally a tophat. So you could, frinstance, take the plastic tophat out of a Shimano or Gusset BB, modify it so you can fit it without the bit that spaces down the bearing, then refit it all that way so that the axle runs on the bearing. That’s assuming the other spacings are standard of course.
