    Could someone who has one of these posts do me the massive favour of measuring the distance from the saddle rails to the bottom of the collar/maximum seat tube insertion point please? Or point me in the right direction, my Google fu is weak and I can’t seem to find it.

    I’m looking for a dropper but being 6′ and riding a large OO Fatty I’m limited on space from seat tube to saddle.

    Rails to bottom of clamp is approx 156 mm and to the minimum insertion is approx 307 mm. Hope that’s some help! Post itself looks pretty decent, I’ll post some thoughts when I’ve fitted and ridden it.

    Thanks FMC, that’s just what I wanted to hear. I needed under 170mm so that should do nicely. Good job as I’d already ordered one on the basis that it looked about right in the pics
