    Hi all I need your help.

    I bought a stumpy frame and fork set off a lad on here a month or so ago and need to buy a set of brakes for it.

    Trouble is im not sure on hose lengths required.

    I would measure the frame myself but Im currently sat in a tent in Afghanistan for the next two months so cant really do it.

    Does anyone know the hose lengths for a large stumpy frame fitted with a 150mm fork !!

    Buy a new set of Deores or SLX from Rose, the hoses will need shortening (dead easy) so no issues.

    What ^^^^ said. A stumpy is a long bike but standard length hoses are fine.

    Yeah, what they said. I have got a 2010 FSR & recently bought some Elixir 5s for my Inbred. The hoses would have definitely needed trimming front & rear to have fitted the FSR.
