I have a DHX 5 coil on my 2006 S-Works frame and the air valve (recessed one) is so close to the frame with the "high BB" shuttle in, that I can't have the metal cap on the valve and can't get more than 3/4 a turn on the bottom out adjuster.

TF say they've never had clearance issues on enduro frames and DHX coil shocks with recessed valves. Is my shuttle OK? and could someone lend me their "high BB" shuttle to see if its different?

Does sound odd. I've had the same bike and damper combo myself and never had any problems, but there are some documented issues when combining small size frames and DHX5s with the 'High BB, Steep HA' shuttle. Have a look on MTBR.com on the Spesh forum as this is well documented there although it could have been associated with the air valves that protruded rather than being recessed.

What are the dimensions of the DHX and where did you get it from?
