Does anybody know what the Flip Flop link does, does it just change the angle and if so is it easy to do and which way is the best setting. Any opinions are much appreciated
I have one of those Enduros and like most, have found that its BB is too low. For that reason, with the standard shock, it’s better to run with the higher BB option which also has the steeper head angle.
I run mine with a 200×51 shock which is longer than standard but raises the BB enough (ie no more feet hitting but it doesn’t feel like you’re riding a horse) and run with the link in the slacker position, it feels just right.
It’s easy to swap over anyway – just undo the shock bolt and then the 4 pivot bolts. Turn it over and bolt back up.
