  • 2 spacers non-drive side ok, 1×10 68mm?

I’ve rebuilt my Dialed PA recently and am having problems with the chain. The angle looks too much when in the largest couple of cogs. It’s an old Stylo 1×10 using middle ring only. As it is 68mm BB shell I am using the recommended 2 spacers drive, one non. Could I swap, putting the 2 on the non side bringing the chain in slightly? Would this affect share the pedals are and cause problems for my knees or anything like that?

    Many thanks.

It should be fine. It’ll move it over 2.5mm so I don’t think your feet will fall off. 🙂

The only issue I found with doing the same was that it was just enough to make my right foot catch the stay when pedalling. So I put it back and spaced out the chainring with some spacers.

    Try it and see.
