  • 2 Nights in Dublin…. Suggestions?

Right, so I’m in Dublin on business soon and I’m after food & pottering options as I’ll be on my own. I’m teetotal so the usual ‘drink Guinness until you have a seizure’ advice doesn’t apply I’m afraid.

I’ll be using the green light rail line to get around so easy walking access to that would be an advantage.

So, nice areas for an evening stroll with a few dining suggestions would be great, first time in Ireland so after a bit of local knowledge.

    Thanks

    The winding stair

Above the book shop beside the river.
Ate there 3 weeks ago ,fantastic food.
Then a stroll along the river ( watch out for Stags and Hens )

It is a pub, but you don’t have to drink. I went a few years back with work and we went to an evening of irish story telling and history with your dinner thrown in, in an upstairs room at The Brazen Head. Sounds a bit twee but i love story telling in the old style and this was excellent.

Winding Stair looks like a good call.
