So….have got some Shimano MT 68 wheels in 15mm front and 135 x 12 rear.

Need to fit to a frame with rear 142 x 12…..

So…..can buy spacers from offset bushings for a few £, so this will be the most cost effective solution.

However, what options for a complete new set of wheels?

Hope Pro (which ones?) custom built?

    Superstar?

Anyone know of off the shelf wheelsets with 15 x 100 front and 12 x 142 rear?

Or any way the Shimano can be changed from 12 x 135 to 12 x 142?

    Thanks.

Hope pro 2 evo’s onwards can be converted or pro 4’s out of the box. AFAIK shimano hubs can’t be converted Would be surprised if you couldn’t find some new full builds in stock somewhere cheap, although choice may be a little limited so might have to be custom build to get what you want alternively *cough – stealth ad -cough* I’ve got a lovely pair of hope pro 2 evos on stand flow mk3 rims for sale, great confition and all bearing only 6 month old before last ridden

Hope Pro2s can be converted too. You can get a Shimano 142×12 hub but as per the above you can’t convert one of their other hubs.

Plenty of 26″ wheels with that hub on Ebay. There’s even a DT240 wheel, albeit with a ropey rim, for £115.

I stuck with the 2 x 3.5mm spacers provided by Offset Bushings.

Working just fine and dandy. And cheap!
